Mayfield Estate 'Single Vineyard' Cabernet Sauvignon - £12.99
Mayfield is a high quality, boutique wine producer located in the stunning Blue Mountains near Sydney. Hand-picked, Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were left on their skins for six weeks during fermentation, allowing the wine to develop a complex tannin structure. Aged in French oak barriques prior to bottling. The result is a deep purple wine, with aromas of blackberry, cassis and hints of vanilla and spice. On the palate the wine exhibits classic and expressive blackcurrant fruit with good depth, concentrated chocolate flavours and silky smooth tannins.

Aged in French oak barriques for nine months, the wine shows a dark red purple hue, with spicey aromas of strawberry, redcurrant, cherry and floral notes. On the palate the rich red fruit flavours and generous silky feel are balanced by good acidity, followed by great length and structure. The Orange Region is becoming highly reknowned and a fashionable location for making great cool climate Pinot Noir. Parri Estate 'Pangkarra' Grenache - £10.99
The Pangkarra range of wines are released to reflect the best vineyard selection and quality fruit produced on the Parri Estate. Hand-picked from 70 year old bush vines from the Ingoldby Road vineyard, it has a good colour typical of this varietal. Black cherries and clove aromas dominate preceding mocha and black fruit flavours. Hints of spice and vanilla, derived from a years maturation in small French barrels add complexity and richness to a long finish.
