Geoff Merrill Chardonnay Pimpala Road - £6.99
Talented winemaker, Geoff Merrill has produced an archetypal south Australian Chardonnay with youthful green hues, aromas of complex toasty vanillin oak and citrus fruit which are well integrated and smooth. Matured in French oak barrels to add toasty complexity before finishing clean with lingering flavours of lime, honeydew and subtle oak.

Hamelin Bay 'Five Ashes' Reserve Chardonnay - £19.99
This wine comes from the chic cool climate region on Australia's west coast. A richly aromatic and complex single vineyard Chardonnay, aged for nine months in French oak barrique. Pale yellow with subtle green tinge in colour, with powerful aromas of quince and fig, shrouded in floral citrus on the nose. Powerful yet restrained, the wine has medium to full weight balance with mineral acidity, and finishes with excellent persistence.

Hamelin Bay 'Five Ashes' Chardonnay - £11.49
Hand-crafted by winemaker Julian Scott this wine has a youthful colour of straw, tinged with green. It has aromas of peach, pear and dried bananas preceding a lovely toasty complex oakiness. This fantastic full flavoured and dry example, is typical of an intense cool climate Burgundian styled white wine. Fermented and aged on its lees, this delicous wine has medium depth with balanced acidity, integrated oak and a butterscotch finish.

Hamelin Bay 'Five Ashes' Sauvignon Blanc - £10.99
The trendy Margaret River region is blessed with a fantastic climate and enjoys the sea influences from the Indian Ocean near by. The fresh nose exhibits pungent, kiwi fruit, lychee, and lemongrass with hints of passionfruit. On the palate the wine is elegant with mid palate weight and is delicate with crisp acidity.

Icely Road Chardonnay - £9.99
The grapes are harvested in stages to ensure they attained optimum ripeness. A small proportion was fermented in French oak barriques, with the remaining in stainless steel tanks. The wine is a brilliant pale straw colour, and on the nose there are upfront fruit characters of fig, melon and citrus, with a hint of oak. The palate shows exceptional finesse, with a long creamy mouthfeel, nutty complexity balanced by crisp grapefruit acidity.

Icely Road Riesling - £9.99
The fruit is handpicked from a single block on the Mayfield estate, located at 900 metres above sea level in the beautiful Blue Mountains south west of Sydney. Gently pressed to obtain the best free run juice. Attractively aromatic on the palate, with a delicate mix of lemon, lime and orange blossom. On the taste, honeyed lime flavours are supported by mineral notes, followed by a fine, long finish. This wine was awarded a five glass rating (outstanding)scoring 94 out of 100 in the James Halliday Wine Companion.

Mayfield Estate 'Single Vineyard' Chardonnay - £12.99
Archetypal Aussie Chardonnay, crafted to show the full spectrum and expression of Australia's coolest wine region. A proportion was aged on its lees in French oak barriques. The wine is brilliant straw yellow in colour, with aromas of sweet fig, melon and citrus fruits. The palate has a fine fresh texture with layers of complex flavours, creamy cracked yeast and butterscotch, and fine grained oak notes lead to a long and sophisticated finish..

Parri Estate Viognier Chardonnay - £9.99
The fruit for this wine was whole bunch pressed and cold fermented to capture the vibrant, fresh flavours of these coastal vineyards. It is unwooded and displays elegant characters. A pale yellow and straw colour with green hues the nose shows peaches, honeysuckle and some white pepper aromas. The palate is intense with great length and crisp acidity which offers citrus, stone fruit,melon and spice notes.

Richmond Ridge Colombard Chardonnay - £5.99
This wine has light aromatic notes from the Colombard grape and then shows typical passionfruit and melon characteristics, due to the addition of unwooded Chardonnay to add peach and lime notes on the palate.

Bright, pale straw with green tinges, it is intensely perfumed with floral, ripe pear and lime juice aromas with just a hint of spice. Mouthfilling up front fruit flavours of citrus and some riper passionfruit characters.
