Domaine Olivette Bandol Rose - £13.99
The pretty fishing village of Bandol, south of Marseille, makes fragrant dry rosé wine regarded as the best of Provence and perhaps of all France. The Dumoutier family of Olivette make incredible, complex and supple rosé, unusually for Bandol, it represents 70% of the entire production. The estate is spread on south facing stony terraces, protected from the cold north winds. The delicate salmon pink is achieved by the saignée method of 'bleeding' the fermenting juice of Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvèdre grapes.

Domaine de la Grande Courtade Cabernet Rose - £6.99
Produced from a small estate near Beziers in the Languedoc, this is a delicate salmon pink rosé made by the 'saignée' method of bleeding the fermenting juice from the skins, to preserve the fruit flavours and aroma. It is a dry with a perfumed bouquet of summer fruits, vibrant fruit on the palate and crisp acidity.

A bright salmon pink rosé made from the Groslot grape variety, grown on the gravel soils of the central Loire. It is a medium dry rosé, the sweetness finely balanced with summer fruits and fresh, clean acidity.

Domaine du Grande Mayne Cabernet Merlot Rose - £6.99
The delicate, perfumed rosé is made predominantly with the juice from the Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes, with a small percentage of Merlot. The skins and the juice are left to macerate for up to 15 hours - until the juice has turned just the right shade of pink.
