Cornet et Cie Banyuls Oak Aged Reserve - £11.95
An oak matured Banyuls fortified dessert wine with a natural sweetness similar to a tawny Port. It is made from 100% old Grenache grapes grown at altitude inland of Perpignan in the Roussillon. The extended oak ageing complements and softens and the naturally firm structure and rich red berry fruit. Excellent matched with chocolate and fruit desserts.

The passionate and innovative young winemaker Pascal Cuisset owns this beautiful Dordogne estate, south west of the town of Bergerac. Made from a blend of Sauvignon and Semillon matured 'sur lie', his dry white Bergerac is full and fruity. It retains a crisp, zingy acidity with hints of pineapple and gooseberry and fantastic weight on the palate.

Chablis Domaine N & G Fevre - £13.99
The Fèvre family have been associated with the finest Chablis for many generations and their first Domaine Chablis since they sold the Domaine William Fèvre does not disappoint. It is from low yielding, rocky, hillside plots located around Fontenay près Chablis, a small village located north of Chablis. The nose is intense with peach, pear and citrus aromas balanced with a very distinct minerality. The palate is rich and intense with a very nice mineral balance.

Bright yellow pale color with golden glints. The nose is very pure with strong floral aromas (hawthorn blossom). There is a very nice harmony between vanilla notes, ripe fruits (white peach) and silex.
