Unusually dry and sunny weather with mild temperatures during the autumn and winter seasons and very little snow until the first week of March. This rosé Rioja has been made by bleeding the delicate salmon pink must off the grape skins during the fermentation. Unlike red Rioja, this rosado is not aged in oak and retains its natural vibrant freshness. The wine is a vivid pale raspberry colour, with a charming bouquet of red berries and flowers.
