Method
Heat oven to 375F. In medium
bowl, combine chicken, onions, peppers, jerk seasoning and soy sauce;
mix well. Separate dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations
to seal. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto half of each rectangle. Fold
dough in half over filling; press edges together. Seal edges with fork;
place on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush tops with egg white; sprinkle with
sesame seed. Bake at 375F. for 15 to 18 minutes or until deep golden brown.
Serves 4.
