Lamb Burgers

Ingredients

1 lbs ground lamb
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/3 cup yoghurt
4 toasted hamburger buns

Method

Place ground lamb meat in a bowl. Add chopped garlic and onions, salt and pepper . Mix well to combine . Make patties. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add burger patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side. If a charcoal grill is available, grill the patties instead to give that smoked flavor. Serve on toasted hamburger buns, and top with a dollop of yoghurt. Serve with slices of tomato, lettuce and cucumber if desired. Serves 4.
