The Queens Head at Sedlescombe is run by Mel, who is chef trained and has been in the catering industry for over twenty years. She has also lived in the area for 25 years and so knows the village well.


The food and produce that we use are sourced from local suppliers. This includes the meat, game, vegetables and fresh fish, including the lobster. Everything is cooked freshly, and none of the dishes are heated from frozen.
