Two points. First as regards the Chequers Inn at Wooburn Green near High Wycombe (which is in your database) there are two quite different parts to it: the pub and the restaurant. We vis-ited the pub. The food there is of a good qual-ity and the menu quite varied and interesting (main courses averaging £9). There is not much room to eat in the bar itself but there is an adjoining room too though that does not have the same atmos-phere. The restaurant is expensive (table d'hote starts at £17.50 for three courses) but the menu suggests that this is a gourmet place. We were told that it is often necessary to book (at the restaurant). Secondly, as regards the Feathers Inn (which is not on your database though it appears on your map), this is a couple of miles south of the Chequers Inn on the Cliveden Road and is a Chef and Brewer pub. We only had desserts and coffee there but it seemed very good (better than the pub part of the Chequers Inn) and has a very interesting menu. It is a large place with many rooms of different types and seems to be open long hours for food as well as drinks. It would be a very suitable addition to your data-base.
