This is a restaurant we used to go to 2-3 years ago when we lived locally. Now the restaurant has been revamped with a bar area and a water feature running around the front. I am never happy when I am asked to go to the bar to g=choose my food instead of getting down to the table but OK lets put that down to individual taste. Waiter service seemed a bit confused but at least one chap was on the ball and we got down to the table. Table cloth and one of the napkins were marked (one was red wine stain, no idea what the other was) a bit sloppy. Starters arrived, both samosa and pakora fairly tasteless but not bad. Main course was about the same. Nothing really wrong with the food, just that it is possible to eat a much better Indian locally. £20 a head, so not hurting in the pocket. Place was busy on a Tuesday night so it is popular.

It is a lovely place to eat, whether youre as a couple or in a family group. There are a selection of dishes available and very good service. The food tastes and looks appetising always and never lets you down.
