Very disappointing. Prices too expensive for the quality of cuisine presented. Children's barbecue chicken and chips came with overcooked dried out chicken smothered in some kind of home made chunky sauce. Their chip portions wildly different in size and no garnish or salad what so ever. My burger was at least £3 over priced at £8+. Again came with no garnish, the chunky barbecue sauce chucked on the burger with some green leaves further tossed on top. We visited on a lovely sunny Friday, the outdoors quite full and we left feeling cheated. Won't bother to return!

I went to this restaurant in 2006 and had a delicious sunday lunch. It was so good that I always looked forward to the next time I would go. This time came in April 2007 and I went with high hopes of another super meal. However, I was extremely disappointed - along with the other 4 people I went with - and was informed that new management had taken over in August 2006. What a shock!!! The sunday roasts were like school dinners and the slow baked lasagne seemed to have been warmed up in the microwave. The fish & chips and chicken caesar salad were OK, although there weren't many chips and the salad wasn't as nice as it was the time before. Maybe it was because we had such high expectations, but we won't be returning to this place. I suppose if you haven't been there before then it might be alright...
