The customer service at this restaurant was horrible!!! We ordered drinks, and upon ordering our starters and main course we asked for tap water and were refused!!! We asked the service staff why we could not be served tap water and he said it was the restaurant\\\'s policy and it was not a legal requirement to serve tap water. We decided to cancel our order because we didn\\\'t feel that the customer service was satisfactory. We offered to pay for our drinks and leave, but the manager decided he\\\'d rather kick us out of the restaurant over a simple glass of tap water!!! (no joke!!) Keep in mind, this is a restaurant that served hot and spicy food and it was a very hot day. We were not offensive, nor did we cause a scene, we just felt that it was time for customers to stand up for their right to good customer service.
