The Cuban restaurant in Canterbury may revolutionize your eating and drinking forever. Like its sibling restaurants, The Cuban wears its passionate Latin heart on its flaming sleeve with a dining room full of vibrant colours and fabulous music. Set on three levels, this Cuban is retro-fitted into an historic building a stone’s throw from the Cathedral. The menu features tapas, burgers, and authentic dishes inspired by the tastes of Havana, an intermingling of Spanish, native, and African cuisines. The bar features, along with classic caipirinhas and mojitos, an own version of Sazerac, the first cocktail ever invented.
