Having recently moved to Chichester from London, I was pleasantly amazed to discover Cassons. Very close to Chichester with lots of parking, from the moment we walked through the door we knew we were in for a treat. The welcome was warm and we sat down to predinner drinks and delicious complimentary canapes. The menu was a delight - usually you struggle to find something you want to eat, at Cassons I wanted to try everything. The meals lived up to and exceeded expectation. The ingredients were top quality and the sauces and presentation were a work of art. I would highly recommend this Restaurant to anyone who wants a true dining experience and a great night out.
