Booked a table for 4 at 12.30 for Sunday lunch and ended up walking out of the pub. There was a large party in, I think probably from a wedding the night before.We were a little early,snd told to sit in the bar as the restaurant had not been cleared. Some half an hour later I had to ask about our table.Then told to order food at the bar, the dining room was in a different place to the chalk board for the food and as there was only one person serving drinks we thought that it would take forever to order food. The kitchen staff made it clear that there always took food orders this way. We left, very disappointed and had superb customer service at a pub down the road.
