My family visited Poachers restaurant on Saturday and couldn't get a table until 9.10, a sign that the food must be good and it was. We all (4 of us) went for the 3 course menu (for £14.50 I think) and the choice available for each course was excellent. The portions were well presented and plentiful and there no complaints at all (other than sitting near a very loud annoying gentleman who loved the sound of his voice!!). Staff were polite but not overly happy (perhaps this was because they were so busy?) Would definitely return to this restaurant in the future.
