Calistoga Central is a real oasis in the centre of Edinburgh. Quietly situated just off Rose Street right in the centre of the city, this is a friendly place offering California inspired flavours. The menu changes every month and the best Scottish produce is complimented by great imagination from the head chef. There are plenty options including vegetarian dishes.


The wine list is totally Californian and offers over 100 wines which reflect the diversity of wine styles from the Golden State. All wines are offered at only a fixed £5 mark-up, an amazing value for a city centre restaurant.


The restaurant is great for parties too. Private dining rooms and lounges are available. Wine Tasting dinners are also very popular where for a small charge a wine tutor will take you through a selection of wines prior to dinner.
