Barbarossa Restaurant first opened its doors in 2001, when proprietors Enzo and Elizabeth Longo decided to give Glasgow"s south side a unique social experience, providing fine dining in a friendly, casual atmosphere set on 3 intimate floors. The contemporary menu has evolved into what the List magazine described in April 2010 as "A master-class in Scottish-Italian cooking and hospitality".
