Our head chef, Craig Ferguson, has sourced the very best seasonal ingredients from top local producers to create a delightful menu. As the seasons change, so will our dishes. Craig joins us from the Highlands where his cooking led him to being crowned the Scottish Hotel Awards Rising Star Chef of the Year 2010. His wife Susan is our general manager.

The Willow Room’s light and elegant dining room overlooks lavender filled gardens and Essex fields beyond. You can choose to drink an aperitif in our magnificent gardens and on some days, you will hear the thwack of leather on willow as a game unfolds on the pitch across the way. Our position, in the heart of bucolic Essex countryside, is less than an hour from London.
