A large group of us went to Pasha for a birthday party and had the worst experience of any restaurant I have ever been to in London. Firstly we were told that we all had to have a set menu as there were so many of us (we were a group of 15 people). We had not been warned that this would be the case when we booked. When the food came, they apportioned between groups of 4 an amount of food that would have left 2 people hungry. The service generally was aggressive and unpleasant, and when we asked for a knife and plates to cut the birthday cake we were told that we couldn't have them and that we had to leave because they had people queuing to eat. At this point we decided to cut our losses and move on, so we asked for the bill. When they bill came it included 5 bottles of wine (house wine at £14 a bottle) that we had not in fact had. We pointed this out and asked to amend the bill. When the bill came back we discovered he had taken only £40 off of the bill, and that had been taken off the total (including service). We gave up speaking to the waiter and recalculated the bill ourselves. A short while after we left the restaurant, we were chased down the street by the waiter threatening to call the police if we did not come back and pay the extra. He grabbed hold of one of the girls and tried to drag her back towards the restaurant. Although we tried to explain that we had paid what we owed we had to get our mobiles out and begin dialling the police before he would let her go and leave us. I would not recommend this shambolic excuse for a restaurant to anyone.
