We had a fabulous meal recently at The Park Plaza Sherlock Holmes Hotel (Sherlock's Bar & Grill), in Baker Street, London W1. There was a special deal, two courses for £15. The food, presentation and service were all spectacular. We walked past the crowded pubs and chain restaurants to find this one almost empty (bar in front of restaurant was busy). We will certainly go back.
