This was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I have 4 main points of improvement: -Only book in the amount that you can handle -Provide good service without being rude -Label toilet doors male and female -Improve cleanliness. Ok so, firstly, we went as a bufet with about 70 people, and papagallos let us in. They gave us paper plates, paper cups, lemonade in big bottles on the cheap and there was no way near enough room for everyone. We ended up paying almost 10 pound for this 'luxury'. The pizzas were ok, except someone found 2 hairs in theirs, and when asked the owner said ''could be'', rudely. He was serving food after having wiped his nose and who knows what else. The risotto was awful, salad non existant, and the pasta wasn't particularly appertising. Most people ended up going to subway or elsewhere afterwards in dismay. Ok and so we dealt with all those problems until someone went to the toilet. The doors werent labelled and a female ended up walking in on a male mid toileting. There were flies buzzing around the restauarant, and then we found that all the food was kept in one room upstairs, unrefridgerated. Meat kept in a normal room, appaling. I left feeling physically sick. Also, I family friend who used to work there said that they had mousetraps in the kitchen and that the cleanliness was appaling. I don't know how people can write good things about this place, maybe we were just on a bad day, but somehow I think not. So please improve papagallos I've provided plenty of points for improvement.
