Welcome to The Red House. This thatched gem of pub has recently reopened with new owners and we are really looking forward to seeing you there.
We serve Cask Marque ales & offer a great range of cracking wines that you won’t find in the supermarkets as well as all the usual drinks that you would expect to find. We also make a mean Bloody Mary and proper martini!
We hope that you will like our menus, we serve Great British Food that is well sourced, well executed & offers terrific value for money. The same menu is available in the bar & restaurant for lunch & dinner Monday to Saturday. In addition there are sandwiches & soups available for lunch if you prefer a quick bite. And then there’s Sunday lunch, ah Sunday lunch! We love Sundays & every weekend we serve proper Roast Beef, Roast local Chicken & either pork or lamb so come and give it a go.
Twice a month we have our Chef’s Table – a 5 course gastronomic delight with wines to match. This is served in the Private Dining Room and needs to be booked in advance.
