Pablo Franki\'s is one of the best places in Castle to eat. The food is great and the service is great! Especially the stuffed chilli s!!

To say that I am disappointed with the " service " @ Pablo Franki ' s restaurant in Newcastle-under-Lyne yesterday afternoon is a gross under statement. My party of 5 waited 30 minutes after paying for all of the food, before the main courses arrived before the soups! A waiter having confirmed that 5 mins. before we were having soup ! The main courses went back and the soup arrived - cold ! They took 2 of the 4 plates of soups back having spilt the soup on the table. When I went and asked why the other 2 plates were not being taken back. I was advised by 4 of the staff who were standing around doing nothing that the Manager was dealing with it ! After another wait, more soup arrived and it was still cold ! Enough was enough and we all left the Restaurant having got our money back. I have never before had to walk out of a restaurant before. The staff ' s attitude was appalling and the Manager offered a derisory " sorry ".
