Recently moved to this area and am still checking out eating places. There are some great ones but very disappointed with Mandarin Chef, Romsey. Very good food but appalling service - common cries of "... have you finished this course? Actually we're still waiting for it - Oh!" Smoking zone too! Won't go again.
