Masala Lounge is committed to bringing you a delicious array of Indian cuisine by using only the freshest and carefully selected ingredients from across the Indian sub-continent.

Masala Lounge Restaurant & Bar was established in Rugby town centre in April 2005.

It was the formation of a partnership between the Choudhury & Choudrey families.

The restaurant is managed by members of both familes, namely brothers Monsur and Monur from the Choudhury family, with brothers Ramon and Shaher from the Choudrey family.

Both Monjur Choudhury and Ziaur Choudrey oversee operations during regular periods.

The menu was the conception of chef Zakaria Ibrahim and is now being continued and updated by current Head Chef, Kamal Hussain.
Opening hours
seven nights a week, from 5.30pm till 11.30pm (Sun-Thu)
5.30pm till midnight (Fri & Sat).

We\'ve been to this fantastic restaurant many times (usually taking advantage of the early eve special offer) and -apart from the chicken tikka masala which is far too sweet- have yet to eat a meal that we didn\'t absolutely adore. The prawn and the salmon starters are great and the main courses are even better. I don\'t normally bother with doing this sort of review but the food and staff at the Lounge deserve the recognition. Highly recommended.

I have been to this restaurant on a regular basis since it has opened in rugby. This is easily one of the best restaurants in rugby maybe even in warwickshire. The food is great and the staff there are very friendly. If you are thinking of having an Indian make sure you visit this place. A*

This is a restaurant with a difference. This is one of the best restaurants I have been too in a long time. The combination of an extensive menu and great service makes this a place to be. I would recommend you book as it seems to be very successful. Good Luck to all the guys there and I will see you soon.
