Very disappointing. Food was late (only came once prompted), poor quality, service was poor (waiter was quite rude), and serving staff were not giving the same message when it came to ordering mains. We asked if they came with veg and were told yes by the waitress, then when it came we asked where the veg was and was told you don't get it unless you order it by another waiter! he told us he would get some veg to us in 5 mins - it never came! Most disappointing as it was one of my favourite restaurants when living in southampton(though i've been told it has been taken over recently, which may explain the difference in service!)
