Gemini, in the capable hands of chef/owner Graham Clarke is a culinary experience not to be missed. Even on Monday lunchtime, my red mullet in prawn bisque was exquisite, the vegetables just al dente, the meal complemented by a glass of more-ish Sauvignon-excellent from South West France. I was fully intending not to have a pudding but I could not resist the rhubarb/strawberry ice cream. For an ice cream-addict like me, it takes something special to get me raving. This was it. Homemade, generous, with the right balance of tangy fruit and creamy consistency, I was in heaven. For a celebration or just an excellent meal in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, Gemini is the place for me.
