I had the worst restaurant experience of my entire life at this venue. Friends had booked it for an early Christmas get together. The restaurant was clearly over crowded and they gave our pre-booked table in the private room to another party before we arrived and refused to move the other group. As a consequence they had to extend a table for 12 and it then became apparent that I was seated in a place where I would have to get up every time somebody wanted to come in or leave the restaurant. This was clearly not acceptable and when I complained to the manager he was rude and abusive and reduced me to tears. Apparently I was being unreasonable! The only reason I stayed was so as not to upset the rest of the party but my evening was ruined and I should have left because I kept having to see the rude man who had shouted at me and I found it very upsetting. Don't eat here until they have a chance of management!
