I visited this Ye Olde Coach and Horses in Melton, Woodbridge this week and was extremely disappointed. What the food was like I have no idea, but the inside of the building I found to be dismal and cold, no customers, and this was at 8pm in the evening, and certainly no diners. The landlord was rude, and charged £30 for a bottle of cheap wine, and then had the nerve to remove it from us when we complained about it being expensive, despite the fact we paid for it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Having visited this restaurant twice in the last couple of weeks, whilst on holiday in the area-Sunday Lunch was extremely good, one of the best carvery lunches we have ever had. Great choice, generous portions, fresh vegetables, and a range of puddings to die for. We had to go back to see if dinner was at the same standard, we were not disappointed, it was excellent. We will be going back when we are in the area again.
